As a founding board member and COO of PowerCo (Volkswagen), Sebastian led the operational strategy and capital deployment for a €20B+ global gigafactory grid, pioneering large-scale battery manufacturing across Europe and North America. As European CEO of Farasis Energy, he spearheaded Western expansion, transforming early R&D prototypes into bankable, automotive-grade mass production architectures to secure multi-billion-euro OEM supply agreements.

Sebastian spent over a decade with Robert Bosch optimizing manufacturing lines and de-risking the "prototype-to-scale" journey across complex supply chains, ultimately rising to lead Bosch’s global Battery function. He gained foundational strategic expertise at Boston Consulting Group, advising automotive giants on e-mobility market entry, while his entrepreneurial track record includes founding six successful clean-energy and deep-tech companies.

Christian's career was built at the intersection of capital markets and gigawatt-scale energy infrastructure. At Reliance Industries, he ran multi-GW projects where financial engineering and operational precision had to move in lockstep. At WLF, he structures deals and scales deployments — the reason performance-guaranteed contracts and the 2–5 year payback model hold under scrutiny.

Andreas brings over 35 years at Bosch, where he led global manufacturing operations and served as Co-CEO of Bosch India, running production organisations across multiple regions. At WLF, that operating depth backs every commitment the company signs: systems priced, built and delivered by people who have run the factories behind them.

Eivind is a co-founder and former CLO of Hagal, with prior roles at LithiumWerks and Otovo, and legal expertise spanning SANDS and Arntzen de Besche. At WLF, he ensures every client agreement — from supply chain documentation to long-term O&M contracts — is structured to protect clients under NIS2, EU taxonomy, and CE certification standards.

Özgür is the founding GM of Siro Energy — Türkiye’s largest battery company, with nearly 10 GWh in circulation. At WLF, he leads expansion across Türkiye and MEA, building country-tailored, end-to-end energy stacks as a strategic partner.

Thanh brings deep commercial leadership in battery and energy storage markets, with executive experience at 6K Energy, Farasis Energy, and Johnson Controls. He has built his career on turning advanced energy technologies into commercial success and now leads WLF’s North American growth strategy, where demand for diversified and resilient BESS supply chains is rapidly accelerating.

Elisabeth operates as the executive architecture of WLF — the function that makes a fast-moving, multi-market leadership team execute at the pace its ambition demands. She ensures decisions made in Frankfurt translate into deployments in Finland, contracts in Turkey, and conversations in North America without losing precision in transit.

Daniel is a founding member of Flex-Ion and former VP at Nivalis Energy Systems, with senior roles at Farasis Energy and Johnson Controls. At WLF, he owns the integration layer — the platform that decides, minute by minute, whether each system charges, discharges, buys from the grid or sells into it. That decision is worth €20–50K per MW per year.

Jonathan was CTO of Hagal and CEO of VersaPowr — the power-conversion specialist now part of the WLF group — with over 13 years of FPGA and software development at Bitvis and Inventas, two of the Nordics’ leading development houses. At WLF, he builds the digital layer that connects every system in the field to the platform that runs it.

Christoph comes from the deepest bench in European battery production engineering — the PEM chair at RWTH Aachen, where he led industrialisation research before serving as CEO of PEM Motion and managing director of Cellovate, the BMS spin-out joining the WLF group. At WLF, he owns the technology roadmap from cell to system.
